What factors can drive up the cost of paver installations?

Outside of the obvious factor being which pavers you like best, you also have factors such as:

  • Demolition. Is there an existing surface that needs to be removed?
  • Location. Companies like ours will need to get our equipment, materials and personnel to where the pavers will be installed.
  • Finish. Do you want polymeric sand and sealer to lock the pavers in place and give them a more elegant appearance?
  • Decorative banding. Do you want a design within the pavers or a border around them.

These are primary reasons why your costs could be different from your neighbor’s, whether that’s up or down.
